6 days with BMW

In a push to get out and shoot before sunny weather turned to the perpetual gloom known as winter in New York, we worked with BMW to produce a 6 day shoot spread across Dumbo, Williamsburg, Meatpacking District, JFK and other parts of Manhattan & Brooklyn for their car sharing services known as Reach Now.

Since the weather change was coming in hot (or wet and cold), we had 2 weeks to produce over 40 shots, casting more than a grip of talent,  coordinate a small fleet of cars and drivers and lock down full New York city blocks and even a terminal at JFK.  Balancing budget, highly recommended but nimble crew, permits, and a monstrous ask of a shot list, I’m pumped on what we ended up shooting.  I’m also pumped on our well oiled machine of a crew who made it all happen.  Portland based producers and long time friends Darren Utt and Emma Brown, superstar stylist Heather Newberger, and our fleet of race car drivers PAs to move a grip of 3 series, X1s and electric i3s at a moments notice.
